Spring Fling Bingo

What  a fabulous evening was had at the Spring Fling bingo on Friday 9th of May. The atmosphere was amazing, the games were so fun, such excitement from families for the amazing prizes and the roof nearly came off the school when prizes were announced. The weather was an added bonus, being able to leave the doors open and children having the option to go out for a run and play together, just such a feel good event.
Thank you from the PA and school to each and every one of you that came and supported the event, we hope you all enjoyed it just as much as we did. Congratulations to all the lucky prize winners, we hope you enjoy them. Thank you to Mr. Bob Enright and team for directing cars in the car park. All the planning and preparations are so worth it when there’s expressions of joy on peoples faces.
Thank you to those who volunteered to set up, sell bingo books, raffle tickets, serve at the tuck shop and pour teas and coffees. Thank you to Marcin for putting together the slideshow of business logos and projected/displayed them on the big screens, hours upon hours of background work goes into these events and the hours given don’t go unnoticed. Thank you to those who stayed behind at the end to stack chairs and tables and a special shout out to our four bingo callers Nileptha, Noelle, Daire and Claire, you did a fantastic job, thank you.
And a final thank you to the wonderful businesses and organisations, from near and far for your very kind sponsorship of this event, it’s very much appreciated. Funds raised on the evening go towards our Communion reception, Fun Day, Sixth class graduation and a donation to our school for the coding & robotics programme.
