QuizBrain of the School 2019
Our annual Quizbrain event took place recently, organised by Mr. Enright & Ms. O’Sullivan. As usual, there was a senior quiz and a junior quiz. Each teacher read out the questions in their own class and corrected the answer sheets. There were medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each class.
The senior Quizbrain title for this year went to Ruth in 6th class and the junior Quizbrain title to Siobhán in 3rd class. Maith sibh, a chailíní!
Retired teacher Mr. Peter Maher who established the quiz teams in our school many moons ago was on hand to present the senior awards. Many thanks to Peter for establishing this tradition in our school. Well done to all who took part and congratulations to the three winners in each class.
