Hot Chocolate Day – Fundraiser
Friday, January 26th, 2018, was Hot Chocolate Day at Ennis NS – a fundraiser for Bumbleance, the National Children’s Ambulance service. Pupils donated 2 euro in return for a hot chocolate and a little treat. The Reading Class students were in charge of the initiative and worked hard all day delivering drinks and treats to each classroom.
A big thank you to Darragh’s mother, Rita, who spent the day making the hot chocolate, with help from Ms. Hehir. Many thanks to everyone who donated home baking, goodies, milk and money to this great cause – superb support from our school community. We look forward to counting the takings on Monday and revealing the results of our efforts !
