Gardening wellbeing initiative

A number of children from Third to Sixth Classes in school are now involved in a gardening club for this term. Today we reflected on the beauty of our natural environment. We learned about respecting nature and realised that every flower including our wild flowers have an important role to play in our environment. We were permitted to collect some pieces that had come away such as fallen leaves, cut grass etc. But we were not allowed pick anything from a plant. The next day we get out, we will create art pieces out of what we gathered.
