Thanksgiving
We are very thankful for our amazing Junior Infants!! This week we listened to the story of the first thanksgiving, we built the mayflower ship out of big blocks, we made pumpkin pies with pictures of items that start with the same sound, we created a beautiful turkey headband and each of us designed a unique feather for the large display turkey and the teachers wrote what we were thankful for on our feather-the list included our family, our friends, our teachers, our school, toys, our siblings, love, our heart, pets and the whole world! During stations our literacy and numeracy activities were all thanksgiving themed.
