Science Week- Ms. Harding’s Eggsperiment!!

When we put the egg on top of the bottle the air pressure above and below the egg was equal. When we lit the paper the hot air rises and expands. When the light went out the air quickly cools. The changes in air pressure cause the egg to drop into the bottle!
