Ms.Kelly’s Work April 20th – 24th

Dear Parents, Boys and Girls

As we come to the end of the Easter break I am assigning work for the week ahead. I hope you all had a lovely Easter, thankfully the weather was good so I am sure you got to play outside often. I am finding it very strange being at home and having to keep my distance from family and friends but each day is another day closer to seeing them all and being back at school. I miss you all and am always thinking about how you are all getting on. I cannot wait to hear about what you have been getting up to since I saw you last.

There is a Clare Kids Art Competition which is being run by the Clare Education Centre.  The theme of the competition is ‘My Life At Home’.  Copies of entries can be sent to the school email address info@ennisns.ie so they can be displayed on Twitter and the website. The closing date is Friday April 24th.  All mediums accepted:
Drawing/painting/collage/pastel/crayon
Size requirements: A5 up to A3 paper or card
Entries to be posted/delivered to:
8 Bishopscourt, Ennis v95d5d9
or emailed to rackmack@gmail.com

I would encourage your child to keep engaging with the Oxford Owl books, either to listen to or read themselves.

The RTE junior 10@10 as Gaeilge and in English are a fantastic resource also.

The RTE Home/School hub is on RTE2 daily from 11am- 12 noon. TG4 are starting their own home/school hub this Monday, April 20th at 10am-10.30am called Cúla4 ar scoil.

Please feel free to send me on pictures of your work or crafty activities you have been doing at home. I would love to hear from you.

Kind regards

Ms. Kelly
