Celebrating our Athletic and Football Successes
There was wonderful excitement in the school today as our whole school community came together to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our athletes and footballers, who recently enjoyed county success. Every class participated in the guard of honour stretching from the front entrance up to the astroturf pitch and cheered and clapped as the teams made their way onto the pitch.
Once on the astroturf, the athletes proudly completed a lap of honour, to great encouragement from their schoolmates. The footballers followed with an impressive exhibition of training drills. There was a great sense of pride across the school. We are incredibly proud of every pupil who represented our school.
We extend our sincere thanks to the staff who volunteer their time to support all the extracurricular activities throughout the year. Their enthusiasm and dedication ensure that our pupils have access to a wide range of extracurricular opportunities both on and off the field.
