The following is a synopsis of the feedback we received from the questionnaires

filled by parents in April 2011.  Over one hundred questionnaires were returned.

General Comments

* Ennis National has done so well all round.  The school encourages the student

to learn more and develop each child's potential.  Well done!

* The care and respect of children is excellent, such interest in children.

* All teachers are very professional and highly motivated.

* Great school.  Teachers always approachable, available to meet parents re concerns.

* Very impressed with parent/teacher meetings availability outside of school hours.

*Overall, our family has had a very positive experience of ENS.  Hopefully the existing

child-centered ethos and the currect good relationship with parents will continue long

after the move to the new building!

* Overall, we've had nothing but positive comments to make.  The school is academically

of a high standard but still provides a broad education to all students. Through chess, quiz

clubs etc. the school also caters for students who are not of a sporting nature.

* Other than the building itself I feel the facilities are not too bad considering the

present economic circumstances.

 * The teachers are also a credit to the public service which I feel they need to be told

considering how quickly elements of the media and private sector seem to want to

blame everybody but themselves for our present economic situation.  Well done!

* Parking adjacent to school is chaotic - awareness of the difficulty of getting children

to/from school safely needs attention and to be factored into new school plans

and town plan for traffic management.

* The school should have educational days with doctor, guards, and professional people

to give talks in general about how they operate and what their job entails.

* Would love to see return of walking school bus and more green initiatives.  To be

honest we are very happy with school and find it excellent in all aspects. Thank you.

* More playground supervision to prevent bullying.  Why do the boys have to wear

   uniform for Communion?
